CLT Faculty Guide :: Generate reports

Instructions to generate reports on your assessments in LiveText:

After you have assessed all your students using a rubric for assessment purposes, you can make reports of your own students.  These reports show how many students passed or failed each of the assessment items.  To do this, follow the steps listed below:

 

1.       Go to My Desk. On the left hand side, locate “Reports” under “Tools”.  Click on the link Reports.

 

2.       At the top right, there is a drop-down menu with its first item “Create assessment report”.  Click the button [OK]. 

 

3.       On the next page, title your report. Under labels, choose the Label and the Assessment you wish to run the report on. 

 

4.       Click View Report. 

 

5.       On the next page if you scroll down you will have the report written for all students you have graded on the given information.

  • Click on the numbers in the grid displayed to pull up a list of students who have been assessed at that level. 

6.       If you wish to limit the students you are looking at, use the Create Assessment Report information to do that. You can limit by individual students, by dates, or by types of assessments.
